Coming from special units, I served with the Federal Police and spent ten years as a crisis negotiator, following specialist training in Belgium and in Kent, England.
Since 2012, I have worked in private investigations in Switzerland. This work has brought me into many sensitive and complex human situations involving individuals, families and business leaders.
These experiences taught me to listen, observe and analyse a situation before trying to resolve it.
